BroadBranch was established in 2005 on the idea that there was a better way to help organizations accelerate performance and solve complex business challenges. BroadBranch founder Matt Polak pivoted from traditional consulting models to design a distinctly different approach — one anchored in externally developed fact patterns and informed by original, creative, and critical analyses. The result? Our competitive strategy insights and recommendations have helped clients drive sustainable growth and performance for over 15 years.

John Hedden, BroadBranch’s current Managing Partner, brought his extensive corporate development and strategy background to the cause when he joined BroadBranch in 2009. Together, he and Matt delivered value to stakeholders through intentional and rigorous hiring practices, a commitment to ethical research practices, and diligent project execution. 

We have completed hundreds of engagements across a range of industries to help clients carve a path to success through organic and inorganic growth strategies, innovation, and a deeper understanding of industry, market, and customer dynamics.
