BroadBranch Advisors is always interested to hear from high-performance candidates.

In general, we look for candidates with a BA, or an MBA with up to five years of business experience. We prefer to recruit MBA candidates through internships. Successful candidates for all roles are “quick on their feet” and enjoy interfacing with a wide range of people across a virtually infinite set of business problems.

Our work is highly specialized and challenging. It’s not right for everyone. Accordingly, we have a rigorous recruiting process, including business case analysis and other processes that evaluate your fit for this role. Annual salary is competitive and commensurate with a candidate’s experience. BroadBranch also offers a highly competitive benefits program. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work permanently in the United States. Our work requires a fully flexible work schedule and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
